Brad brings over 17 years of progressive corporate finance experience across the senior living, healthcare and banking industries.
As finance leader for the Southeast region of a publicly-traded healthcare corporation, Brad designed and implemented management reporting dashboards as well as a new model which optimized productivity and streamlined the quarterly forecast and annual budget process. Brad was instrumental in partnering with operations leadership to deliver double digit revenue growth with a 300-basis point increase in operating margin for his portfolio of assets across multiple states and service lines.
As Director of Financial Reporting and Director of Asset Management with Horizon Bay Retirement Living, Brad was responsible for over 90 communities and 16,000 units. In his role as Senior Vice President Finance and Asset Management for Solvere Living, Brad oversees finance and accounting services for Solvere managed communities, develops pro formas for new development and drives market research to evaluate Solvere management and acquisition opportunities.

Outside the office, Brad squeezes in as much golf as possible while still spending time with his wife, son, teenage step-daughters and two rescue dogs. On Saturdays in the fall he is pretty much glued to the tv set watching college football – plus he is well on the way to accomplishing his goal of visiting every Power 5 college football stadium in the country.
