The majority of her career was focused in not-for-profit life plan (CCRC) communities. As a result, she is highly skilled in all aspects of marketing planning and census development throughout the continuum from independent living, assisted living and memory care through skilled nursing. You can find Donna reliving her youth through her three kids as she enjoys shooting hoops with her boys, Hudson and Wyatt, and sharing her love of animals with her daughter, Ava. Whenever possible, Donna likes to get lost outdoors whether that is walking, hiking, or kayaking, to name a few! Being married to a “music man” means that live concerts are a regular and favorite activity, next to winding down with a glass of wine to end the day. Her love of serving aging persons has provided special meaning in both Donna’s personal and professional life.
