Tom has more than 15 years of experience in Senior Living sales and marketing, working in entry-fee, rental, and higher level of care communities throughout the Southeastern United States. Prior to joining Solutions Advisors Group, Tom served as Director of Sales and Marketing for three different Greenfield Communities in the Charlotte region and as a Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for two Senior Living companies serving the Southeast in Independent and Continuing Care Retirement Communities.
Prior to getting into Senior Living sales and marketing, Tom worked for two Top 50 Consumer Packaged Goods companies in sales and marketing roles. After his stint on the client side, Tom served as the Vice President of New Business Development for four different marketing and advertising agencies, most notably as a founding partner of Elberson Senger Shuler in Charlotte. Tom will serve as a Consultant for Solutions Advisors Group working together with sales teams and prospective families and residents in creating a positive and welcoming culture with community leaders and their team members.

When Tom is not working, he enjoys reading fiction novels (sci-fi does not count, by the way) and spending time with family and friends. He and his wife are admittedly spoiled as their oldest daughter and her family live on the same street and visit with their grandsons on a weekly basis. As empty nesters, Tom has made a conscious decision to have a dog in the home as a loyal and trusted companion, albeit also as a buffer for all.
