Rebecca Townsend

Chief Operating Officer

Rebecca brings over 28 years experience in the senior living industry to Solvere Living. Starting out as an evening receptionist and moving into the Business office Manager role and from there becoming an Executive Director, Regional Manager, RVP, SVP and ultimately COO. Rebecca has extensive experience in repositioning and turnaround projects as well as several years’ experience in ground up design and development.

As the COO, Rebecca will direct the overall operations for Solvere Living communities through her 25 years of seasoned leadership. While supporting the strategic plan and direction of Solvere Living, she will foster a culture of integrity, transparency, loyalty and entrepreneurship. Other areas of focus include the management of community operating and capital budgets, and providing inspirational leadership and direction to the Solvere operations teams to ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient organization.

With a background in team building, coaching and building teams while pursing aggressive opportunity pipelines she supports Solveres’ growth initiatives with a focus on leaving individuals better than we find them – which includes our people, our communities and our customers.

Rebecca After Hours…

The ocean is Rebecca’s happy place, whether it’s being on a boat, shelling, or just quietly reading a book, as a native Floridian she grew up respecting and loving the Florida beaches. It is rare to find Rebecca far from the coastline. She also enjoys day tripping, boating and sailing in the Tampa area, where her and her husband of 5 years lives. Combined they have three married adult children Devon, Jessica and Jamie and they have four grandchildren.
