Polly brings to Solutions Advisors more than 16 years of experience in senior living sales and marketing specializing in working alongside teams at the community level to identify opportunities and challenges to achieve occupancy goals. Polly’s strengths include strategic thinking and relationship building, with an emphasis on team education and development. Her experience includes working in all senior living lifestyles for regional and national providers.
Prior to joining Solutions Advisors, Polly was Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Sonata Health Care managing four communities in central Florida. Polly successfully rolled out Sherpa CRM which highly contributed to a positive change in sales culture and occupancy.
Prior to her role at Sonata Healthcare Polly was a sales specialist for Eddy Senior Living in Niskayuna, NY growing occupancy from 90% to 95% in the first 60 days of employment and contributed to changing the sales culture to embrace urgency and strategically focused sales and marketing efforts.
Before joining Eddy Senior Living Polly was Senior Community Relations Director and Sales Specialist with Emeritus Senior Living. She collaborated with regional sales and operations teams to implement sales and marketing strategies for newly acquired or occupancy challenged communities in New York, Connecticut and Vermont. In 2009 she was recognized as Community Relations Director of the year.

Originally from sunny Florida, Polly moved to the northeast in 2003. Polly enjoys the being outdoors gardening, fishing, paddleboard, hiking and skiing in the Adirondacks in her home state of New York.
