Trevor Fredin

Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Trevor brings to Solvere Living nearly 10 years of experience in the senior housing industry. Throughout his career he has worked in a variety of different aspects of the industry including asset management, business development, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital expense management and debt /lease underwriting.

In his last role at True Connection Communities, Trevor was responsible for developing and managing the financial reporting process that ranged from weekly sales reports to annual board packages, as well as the implementation of a new budgeting process and the data management software. He was key in streamlining reporting efficiencies to produce accurate and timely data. Prior to joining TCC, Trevor served at Symphony Senior Living as the Business Development and Asset Manager. During this time, he had managed the operations of 12 assisted living and memory care communities in the United States and 4 assisted living communities in Canada, as well as led acquisition efforts for business development and administered capital expenditures.

In his role as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Solvere Living, Trevor identifies and analyzes key operating metrics as well as evaluates new business opportunities with the executive leadership team.

Trevor After Hours…

Trevor is originally from Wisconsin but recently moved to sunny Clearwater, Florida in 2017. When he is not working he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach, reading and visiting a local coffee house.
