Armed with over 15 years of experience in the senior living industry in a diverse array of roles, as Vice President of Marketing, Natasha develops and oversees marketing strategy and design for Solvere operating communities and SA clients, conducting market research, establishing marketing plans and budgets, implementing sales tactics and training, lead generation and advancement strategies, and oversees all creative projects related to her clients and communities. She specifically focuses most of her time and attention on pre-development and new community branding, positioning and lead generation strategies. With achiever as one of her top five strengths, Natasha is both a problem solver and coach with expertise in marketing planning and design, sales and database training and closing coordination. With both boots on the ground community level sales experience as well as marketing agency experience, she brings her expertise from both worlds together to create a cohesive strategic plan for her clients.
She truly loves to be presented with a new client or new development project where she gets to conduct market research and analysis, brainstorm with the community, ownership team and our internal creative and digital teams to come up with the voice, message, brand and design for this new community. We focus on collaborating to create the vision of who they are or who they want to be and then execute on the strategic plan to meet and exceed established goals.

Natasha’s greatest joys are her two small kiddos, Liam and Siena. She lives in Washington Crossing, PA but grew up in the country in Central New Jersey along the Delaware River. She has been a dancer since the age of 5 and also a choreographer, coach and dance instructor for over 15 years. She enjoys traveling, hiking, playing the piano, painting, cycling, cross country skiing and spending time with her family. Her latest accomplishment is completing her first triathlon!
