Paul is “stoked” to be back on the Solutions Advisors Group team as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing Services. Paul brings 20 years’ experience in senior living sales, marketing, operations, and leadership, eight of which have been with Solutions Advisors Group, (SAG).

Paul says he thrives when exercising his top strengths: responsibility, ideation, and developer “all come into play when we develop and facilitate our partners’ unique strategic plan, I guess that is why I love consulting.” Paul has done it all from initial assessments through strategic plan implementation and from interim on-site triage to leadership roles in SAG; he also is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and in Maryland with our partner company, Solutions Real Estate.

Immediately prior to engaging with Solutions Advisors, Paul was an independent real estate broker specializing in older adult community sales and group home development. He organized a grassroots business partnership which ultimately lead to his meeting Kristin Ward and Lauren Messmer in 2010. During this time, he also worked as a neurorehabilitation consultant assisting people to fully re-integrate into their community and live a fulfilling life.

Paul After Hours…

“Not at work” Paul most enjoys spending time with his wife Denise, daughter Bridget “down the shore” jumping waves and sampling baked goods created by “Sweetie Pie” inspired by the food network. A self-proclaimed “Jersey-lifer without parole” Paul competes in local golf and softball leagues. The O’Brien’s will soon celebrate one year with their newest family member Archie!
